What Are Microgreens?

Microgreens are edible vegetables and herbs harvested at the earliest stage of their development, after the sprouting stage, when they are in their most nutritious and freshest state. Microgreens intensify flavor, texture, and color and are a fun and easy way to add interest to any dish. You can enjoy microgreens in salads, soups, smoothies, sandwiches, or entrees.

Microgreens nutrient content is more concentrated than fully mature greens. Their vitamin and antioxidant levels are up to 40X higher and they're richer in macro minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. Microgreens also contain more micro minerals like iron, zinc, and copper and are higher in B vitamins, essential amino acids, and folate than more mature greens.

My name is Adam Titelbaum and my indoor farm, Field of Microgreens, is a "direct to community" farm in Broomfield that offers quick home and business deliveries in the Boulder area including Broomfield, Westminster, Thornton, Louisville, Lafayette, & Northglenn

My indoor farm operates locally year-round using all organic practices, zero pesticides and non-GMO seeds when possible. My goal is for you to enjoy locally grown, sustainable food at an affordable price.

I offer a subscription service for weekly, bi-monthly or monthly deliveries. You can select 4 containers for $30 with free delivery. Choose from 7 different varieties listed below.
